These policies are here to create clarity, protect both of our time, and support a respectful working relationship. Please read them before booking a session.

Scheduling
All sessions are booked through the Lunara Astrology website. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details after scheduling. Please double‑check that the birth information you provide is accurate; all chart work is based on the data you submit.

Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. I’m happy to find a new time that works for both of us.

If you become ill or have an emergency, just let me know — we’ll reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

In‑Person Sessions
If you do not arrive for an in‑person session, the session fee is non‑refundable. In‑person no‑shows cannot be rescheduled. This protects the time, preparation, and travel that cannot be recovered once I’ve arrived at the location.

Zoom Sessions
If you miss a Zoom session, you may request to reschedule one time only by contacting me within 24 hours of the missed appointment. Additional missed sessions are treated as no‑shows and are non‑refundable.

Refunds
Astrology is a time‑based, interpretive service. Once a session is booked, I begin preparing your chart and materials in advance. For this reason, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

If you feel uncertain about your chart or have questions after your session, you’re welcome to email me for clarification. I’m always happy to help you understand your material more fully.

Session Boundaries
Astrology sessions are collaborative and reflective. I offer clarity, context, and perspective — I do not tell you what to do, predict specific events, or make decisions on your behalf. My role is to hold a clear, supportive container for the work.

To maintain an open and respectful environment, I ask that all clients show up in a way that supports the work. If a session becomes unworkable for any reason, I reserve the right to end it immediately. In such cases, the session fee is non‑refundable.

Communication
All communication takes place through email. I do not offer phone or text communication outside of scheduled sessions. This helps maintain clear boundaries and ensures that all client information stays organized and confidential.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, we will still end at the scheduled time. Please plan to join a few minutes early so we can make the most of our time together.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Any information you share with Lunara Astrology — including your name, email address, and birth data — is used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your session.

I do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. Your chart data and session notes are kept confidential and are stored securely for reference in future sessions unless you request that they be deleted.

If you ever want your information removed from my records, simply email me and I will delete it. Your trust is important, and I treat your personal information with the same care and respect I would want for my own.
